CANCELLATION OR RETURN OF ORDERS

The customer has 14 days to cancel or return their purchase. The transportation costs incurred by the return will be the customer’s responsibility. In the case of cancellation, if the order has not yet left our facilities, a refund will be processed immediately or as soon as possible. However, if the order has already been shipped, the refund of the purchase amount will be made once the returned order is received at our facilities.
