CASA MARGOT is responsible for data processing and, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, guarantees the security and confidentiality of data provided by its clients.

CASA MARGOT informs that personal data provided through the forms on this Website or via email messages will be incorporated into CASA MARGOT’s data processing systems and will be handled electronically and on paper.

By submitting the forms on this Website, the sender consents to be included in such processing for the purpose of receiving the information requested in the forms or subscriptions.

If the user decides to complete any form on this Website that collects personal data, CASA MARGOT informs that it will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data provided in order to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, according to current technology and applicable regulations.

• If you are a USER: to support information management in communications and commercial relations via electronic means. Processing is legitimized by the consent of the data subject and the legitimate interest of the controller. Data will be kept to support your request, withdrawal of consent, or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data will not be shared except when legally required.

• If you are a CLIENT: to provide the requested billing service and manage commercial relationships with suppliers or partners. Processing is legitimized by the Commercial Code (Royal Decree of August 22, 1885) and the legitimate interest of the controller. Data will be kept while the commercial relationship exists or for 6 years after the last confirmation of interest.
